flavor come to be? It all started with an idea
from my co-worker, who inspired me to create
something different. Garlic Sriracha is a blend
of fresh garlic, red chili peppers, vinegar, sugar,
and salt. It has a bright red color,
a thick texture, and a chewy bite
It smells like a fiery sauce,
tastes like a tangy explosion,
and sounds like a sizzling firework.
I was nervous when I first tried
to make this jerky, but I was also
curious and excited. I was thrilled
when I tasted the final product
and realized how delicious it was.
