Hello, my name is Steven Tibbs, and I’m the founder and owner of Tibbs Jerky. I have always loved jerky, and I want to share my passion with you. I have a very interesting and varied life story, which has influenced my jerky making. I was born in the west coast, but I moved around a lot as a child. By the time I was 10 years old, I had lived in 10 different states, from the deep south to the midwest to the east coast. I have seen and experienced the diversity of America, and I have learned to appreciate different flavors and cuisines. I have also traveled around the globe, visiting many countries and cultures. I have had many adventures and challenges, and I have grown as a person. I have attended over 30 educational institutions, from elementary schools to colleges, and I have acquired a lot of knowledge and skills. But out of all the things I have done in my life, I feel that making jerky is my true calling. I want to create the best jerky on the market, using only quality ingredients and careful preparation.
